Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for our SEO and Google Ads management services. If you are not satisfied within the first 90 days of service, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid, excluding any third-party expenses not directly payable to us.
Refund Eligibility: You can request a full refund within the 90-day period from the initial payment date. To initiate a refund, submit your request in writing. Upon approval, we will terminate the SEO services and cease all ongoing campaigns.
Refund Eligibility: Similar to SEO services, if our Google Ads management does not meet your expectations within the first 90 days, you may request a full refund of the management fees paid.
Refund Eligibility: If the initial design of your website does not meet your expectations, request a full refund at any point within 60 days from the start of the design process.
Processing Time: All refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
If VixelStudio terminates the agreement, we are committed to completing all tasks and deliverables for which payment has been received up to the date of termination unless an alternate arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
