The Problem
Prestige Pool and Spa, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, specializes in hot tub sales, swim spas, and pool installations.
They have a spacious showroom in Winnipeg, allowing customers to explore their large selection of hot tubs and swim spas in person.
While they also provide inground pool installation services, their primary focus for this campaign was on driving hot tub and swim spa sales near the end of the season.

They faced several challenges with their Google Ads campaigns:
- Broken Conversion Tracking: Conversion tracking was improperly set up, counting a visit to the “About” page as a conversion. As a result, Prestige's team had no idea how many leads were received from Google ads. This error also fed incorrect information to the Google Ads, resulting in the campaign optimizing for more visits to the "About" page instead of real conversion actions like form submissions.
- Lack of Campaign Segmentation: They only had one campaign running, which offered no control over budget allocation for different products or services.

Our Solution
1. Account Audit & Quick Fixes
After we did an initial audit, we took immediate actions to fix their Google Account structure and landing pages.
- Fixed Conversion Tracking: We corrected their conversion tracking setup to track meaningful actions like contact form submissions, calls, and quote requests.

2. Ongoing Optimization

- Consistent Communication: Our team stayed in contact with Prestige’s team to stay updated on in-store offers and adjusted the ad copy and landing pages accordingly.
- Monitored Search Terms: We continuously reviewed search terms and added negative keywords to minimize irrelevant traffic.
